The development will be built in 6 stages, with 6 houses / stage in cul de sac’s that provide privacy and security for home owners.

Lots are approximately .5 acres and will be sold with houses built by us with either your pre approved plan or one that you have selected from our data base.

All houses will be outfitted with septic tanks that will be pre plumbed to a low pressure sewer system that will be connected to the St. Malo sewer system when it becomes available. There will be septic tank cleanout services available in the interim.

Water will also be provided with a shared well and water co-op until the town of St. Malo connects to our pre plumbed hookup to there system.
